Smut
Control - Billy is pretty much all about never losing control. Losing control means magical mishaps, but I think the enjoyment of it could extend to other areas of his life. I'd like for Billy to find someone he can explore that with in bed and who would trust him enough to let him be fully dominant.
On the flipside, I'd also like for Billy to find someone he'd trust enough to give up some control too. He trusts Teddy, but their relationship isn't really like that at this point. Things are fairly balanced and he wouldn't really want to make his boyfriend uncomfortable
Either option would probably take time to develop to be honest.
Threesome - Enough said, basically. Billy would be totally down for threesomes, particularly with Teddy.
Drunken mistake - Billy doesn't fool around with people he doesn't know, but I'd like for him to someone have a drunken fling with someone he barely knows. Maybe not quite a 'mistake', but something he really doesn't do. He hasn't made enough dumb teenage mistakes.
Slow - Billy has a tendency to get kind of impatient, but a soft, slow build might be fun to play with someone he cares for.
Bondage - Either tying up or being tied up. Billy would have to trust someone a lot to let them do this since he's had some unpleasant experiences being restrained before, but I'd like for this to happen with someone at some point.
Breath play - This would take a lot of build up though.
Sexting - Billy is glued to his phone. This has to come up at some point.
Failing - Someone gets a cramp, someone falls off the bed, or Billy gets too excited and gets a little zappy/magical in bed (he levitates sometimes!). Just goofy mishaps because sometimes it's just fun to play stupid things.
Older partners - are a possibility too, if there's chemistry there and they get along. Billy doesn't tend to go there unless he's given some signs though.

Shippy
Surprise dates - Just because Billy going out of his way to set up a romantic date for someone would be adorable. Same with surprise gifts.
Flirting/cuddling - While Teddy is Billy's boyfriend and he's really happy there, other people Billy feels comfortable just cuddling and hanging out with would be adorable and wooing. Flirting is something Billy enjoys doing, okay.

I feel like I should note that, while I'm not sure what to label it exactly, but I'm also fine with playing out conflict sometimes too if it makes sense. Disagreements in relationships, etc. Billy can be an idiot and run his mouth/get angry and say stuff he doesn't mean or just... do stupid things, and I don't want to ignore that part of his character. He will go out of his way to make it up after he's realized he's been a jerk though.
