[Billy's hand travels from Loki's hair down his neck to rest at his chest. It's not to push him away if the way he grasps of the fabric of his shirt almost instinctively in response to the way Loki's tongue delves and explores until his mind is momentarily focused on Loki -- the taste of him and the feel of him and every wicked little thing he apparently knows how to do with that mouth of his.
Guess he really had earned the name Silvertongue for more than one reason--
The nip earns a low noise escaping Billy before he can really stop to think the better of it, a little jolt going right through him. This had gone... way beyond one kiss. He knows that. This was just sort of making out at this point. So while lips part again and his tongue meets Loki's, mingling and playing for a moment, he doesn't let it linger for much longer before he's pressing a softer kiss to Loki's lips before he draws back. He looks away for a moment to ground himself a bit and tries to ignore the heat rising to his face.
